进行的操作： I currently control Knightmare Corruptor Iblee [10158145], then I place my Miracle Raven into my Pendulum Zone.

期望的结果： I should not be able to use my Miracle Raven Pendulum Effect, since Iblee prevent its controller from Special Summon non-Link Monster.

实际的结果： The game still allow my Miracle Raven to use its Pendulum Effect, which allow it to Ritual Summon itself, by Tributing monsters from my hand or field whose total Levels equal or exceed 1. If I did use the effect, if I Tribute any other monster, except the Iblee I control, that monster still got Tributed and Miracle Raven resolve not be able to Ritual Summon itself, or if I did Tribute that Iblee I control, then Miracle Raven is able to Ritual Summon.
