**进行的操作：** I currently control **Knightmare Corruptor Iblee** [10158145], then I place my **Miracle Raven** into my Pendulum Zone.

**期望的结果：** I should not be able to use my **Miracle Raven** Pendulum Effect, since **Iblee** prevent its controller from Special Summon non-Link Monster.

**实际的结果：** The game still allow my **Miracle Raven** to use its Pendulum Effect, which allow it to Ritual Summon itself, by Tributing monsters from my hand or field whose total Levels equal or exceed 1. If I did use the effect, if I Tribute any other monster, except the **Iblee** I control, that monster still got Tributed and **Miracle Raven** resolve not be able to Ritual Summon itself, or if I did Tribute that **Iblee** I control, then **Miracle Raven** is able to Ritual Summon.
